We expect our artisans to have the necessary skills and expertise in their respective trades. Artisans should be knowledgeable in performing the specific tasks or services they offer. Customers rely on our expertise to ensure that the job is done correctly and professionally.
Reliability and Punctuality
We expect our artisans to be dependable and show up at the agreed-upon time to complete the work. Punctuality is important because delays can inconvenience customers and disrupt their schedules. We also expect our artisans communicate effectively with the client regarding any changes in the schedule or unexpected issues that may arise during the job.
Professionalism and Customer Service:
We expect our artisans to conduct themselves professionally and provide good customer service. This includes being polite, respectful, and courteous when interacting with clients. They should listen to the customer’s needs and preferences, provide clear and transparent estimates, and address any concerns or questions the customer may have. Our artisans are also expected to ensure that the work area is left clean and tidy after completing the job.
