  • Minor plumbing fittings Replacement and installation of angle valves, flexible traps, bottle traps and similar fittings.
  • W/C component maintenance Toilet seat covers, flushing siphons and similar toilet components (routine minor maintenance).
  • Supply-line leakage repairs Checking for leaks and minor supply-line repairs.
  • Waste-line leakage repairs Checking waste-line leaks and minor leakage repairs.
  • Minor sink, W/C and basin blockages Ordinary minor clearance of sink, W/C and basin blockages.

Covered if the conditions are met

  • Water storage tank minor maintenance Eligible accessible minor tasks only.
  • Sanitary appliance replacement Approved straightforward replacement tasks only.

  • Electrical fault tracing Approved routine diagnostic tasks.
  • Light bulb and minor lighting fixture replacement Bulb and similar minor fixture replacement.
  • Socket and switch replacement Standard sockets and switches using existing suitable wiring.

Covered if the conditions are met

  • Circuit breaker fault correction Not grouped with any other task.
  • Lighting and fixture installation One callout per fixture, only when: it replaces an existing fitting; a suitable electrical connection already exists; no new wiring or circuit is needed; no major alteration is required; safe access is available (from the floor or a standard step ladder); the fixture is supplied by the customer (or bought at their cost) and is suitable for the connection; and the technician confirms the task is within the approved service scope. A callout is deducted only when an eligible task is successfully completed.
