What Project Check is
An independent project inspection service for new builds, renovations, refurbishments, extensions and fit-out work in Ghana. We visit the site, observe and photograph what is visible, and report to you. We are not your contractor and we do not do the building work.

Pricing
From GH₵500 per visit
This is a starting price, not a price for every possible requirement. Your written quotation is based on your project’s actual scope, the number of visits and any additional costs such as transport or specialist input, and you approve it before paying.

What types of projects can you check?
New builds, renovations, refurbishments, extensions and fit-out work in Ghana. Tell us about your project in the quotation request and we will say whether and how we can help.
How much does it cost?
Project Check starts from GH₵500 per visit. Your written quotation confirms the visits for your project, and any additional costs, such as transport or specialist input, are quoted and approved by you before payment.
How often can you visit?
As agreed in your quotation: a single visit, visits at agreed milestones, or a regular schedule over an agreed period. Every visit is agreed and quoted. Visits are not unlimited.
Can I request additional visits?
Yes. Ask us and we will quote the extra visits. They only go ahead once you have agreed.
Do you provide engineering reports or certification?
No. Project Check is an observational service. It is not architectural or engineering certification, structural or building-safety approval, a statutory inspection or a valuation. If you need specialist advice, use Find a Professional below.
Do I need Homefix Flex?
No. Project Check is open to every customer with an account. Homefix Flex subscriber discounts and plan callouts do not apply.

Ways to use Project Check
Quote review
We read the contractor’s quotation against your drawings and scope and tell you what looks missing, vague or unusual.
Pre-pour and milestone checks
A site visit before key stages such as concrete pours, so problems are seen while they can still be fixed.
Stage-payment check
An independent view on whether the work visible on site matches the stage you are being asked to pay for.
Project Check is from GH₵500 per visit, and each is confirmed in writing from your actual project. Start with one visit and add more later; your reports stay together in your account.
What a report looks like
Dated photographs, what was observed, how it compares with the scope or programme you gave us, and any visible concerns, each with a plain explanation. We record what can be seen. We do not certify hidden work.
Need a builder or a fix?
If a check shows work that needs doing, ask us for a shortlist of vetted professionals or a written quotation. You are never obliged to use us for the work.
