What you get as a Landlord Plus member
Less chasing, higher standards, full control. Whether you let homes or commercial space, the same promise applies.
One team. One standard. Every time.
Your property is looked after by the same dedicated team, visit after visit. They come to know how your building was built and finished, what you expect and what has been done before. So quality never drifts, and you never have to brief a stranger. Same hands, same standards, same care.
- The same team on your property
- A consistent finish
- They know your building’s history

Residential landlords
- The same team, every visit. The crew that knows your home returns to it, so the standard of work stays the same from the first repair to the fiftieth.
- One decision, not a phone call. Tenants report faults to us, not to you. You receive a clear quote and simply approve or decline.
- A true record from day one. A baseline inspection documents the condition of every unit, so wear and damage are never disputed.
- Small faults, fixed early. Catching problems while they are small protects the value of your building and keeps good tenants longer.
- Run it from anywhere. Living abroad? Follow every job and approve work from your phone, with no reliance on a caretaker.

Commercial landlords
- The same team across your building. One crew learns every unit and shared area, so finishes match and standards hold from tenant to tenant.
- Every unit, one account. See each unit’s jobs, costs and history separately, side by side.
- Clarity before money moves. Every quote shows who handles and pays for the work, so there are no surprises later.
- One team, not five callers. Faults in shared areas and in tenants’ units reach the same people, so nothing falls between the cracks.
- Numbers you can use. A running record of spend per property supports service charge discussions and year-end accounts.

You decide who handles which works
No fixed rule. When you register a property you tick who handles interior works and who handles exterior works. Your tenancy agreement still has the final say.
Inside the units: walls, paint, fittings, sockets, taps, wardrobes.
Tick one when you register the property: the tenant handles and pays for interior works, or we handle them for you and you approve each quote.
Roof, outside walls, gates, drainage, shared areas and main systems.
Tick one when you register the property: you ask us to handle these, or the tenant arranges them under your tenancy agreement.
Every time anyone requests work, you get a notification.
This applies to interior works as well, even when the tenant pays. You can change your choice for a property at any time.
Why there are charges, and what they pay for
You pay for a service that saves you time and protects your property. Here is where the money goes.
The annual membership
Pays for the system and the people behind it: QR codes for every unit, a vetted artisan network, the coordinators who take fault reports and chase quotes, supervision of the work, and secure storage of your photos and records. It is a fixed, predictable cost.
The baseline inspection
A one-off visit by our team to record the true condition of the property. It protects you and us: existing defects are agreed on day one, so nothing is blamed on the wrong party later.
Repairs, quoted separately
The work itself is priced job by job and only goes ahead when you approve. We do not add a hidden mark-up to the membership.
Why extra units cost less
Setting up and managing a building is mostly one-off effort. Each extra unit only adds a QR code and a record, so it is priced lower.
Clear yearly pricing. No hidden fees.
One annual fee per property, covering every unit in it. Pay once, or in quarterly instalments.

Landlord Plus does not
- ✕Collect your rent
- ✕Hold tenants’ deposits
- ✕Enforce or draw up leases
- ✕Find or place tenants
Landlord Plus does

- ✓Get quotations and coordinate the repair
- ✓Record inspections, photographs and costs
- ✓Keep you informed and in control of every spend
Own a home that is empty or only occasionally occupied? Homefix Flex is the right plan for you.
Questions landlords ask
Why is a baseline inspection compulsory?
It records the condition of the property on day one, so existing defects are known and agreed. Membership starts only after the inspection is accepted.
Will the same team work on my property?
Yes. That is the heart of Landlord Plus. Your property is looked after by the same dedicated team, so they learn how your building is built and finished and what you expect. That keeps the standard of work consistent from one repair to the next.
Who pays for repairs?
You choose. When you register a property you tick whether interior works and exterior works are handled by the tenant or by us for you. Either way you are notified whenever work is requested, every repair is quoted first, and nothing is booked until the right person approves it.
Can tenants report faults without an account?
Yes. They scan the unit’s QR code and describe the fault. They never see your private records, and you can switch a code off at any time.
I own several properties. Do I need several accounts?
No. One landlord account holds every property and every unit.
What does it cost?
One annual fee per property, with a lower rate for each extra unit, plus a one-off baseline inspection. See the pricing section above; the inspection fee is confirmed before you book.
One account, the right care for every property
Whatever you own, The Accra Handyman has a service for it. One sign-in, one invoice, one team.
Ready to register your first property?
It takes about ten minutes. You can stop and come back at any step.
